About Whisker & Woof

Why we do what we do

We are a new kind of veterinary practice. We care deeply about our team, our clients and their pets. We strive to do more for our little friends than ever before, to create the space for our most important companions to lead their very best lives. In health, we are thoughtful – looking ahead to prevent problems before they arise. When sickness befalls them, we are always there to rapidly and clearly diagnose, and bring your pet back to health as quickly possible. All while holding your hand and guiding you through your most difficult moments as a caring pet owner. Fiercely independent, we proudly uphold our values, standing as a vanguard for trust and clarity in an increasingly unclear world. When you join the Whisker & Woof family, you are making a lifelong commitment to entrust your pet’s health to the best clinician’s with the best facilities available. More than that, we’re also real people who understand what makes you happy, and what makes you sad when it comes to making sure “they’re OK”.

About The Practice

Our clinic is designed to work and flow well. It’s created to make your pet as comfortable and supported as it can be. From our purpose built “cat condo”, to our referral level ultrasound machine, our clinic delivers. It’s also a creative celebration of how a veterinary clinic can also be a design space, which we can all enjoy coming to. We have a wide-range of state-of-the-art equipment so that we get accurate results quickly and on-site so that your pet gets better faster.

About The Team

Hand-picked real people; our vet, nurses and customer care team are all dedicated to going above and beyond for you and your pet. With a wealth of life-saving experience and knowledge, your pet is in safe hands. We also understand how much of a worry it can be when your pet is sick, so we make a huge effort in supporting you too. We communicate clearly, and do what we say we will do, and when we think things can be done better, we listen to your feedback and take action.
